  • What pin type do you use and what can I put on a pin?

    The pins are stainless steel and are glued on with starbond thick.

    I have 2 techniques for the Graphics:

    1. Laser engrave and cut. All wood grain and metallic acrylic pins are laser engraved and cut. The images can only be silhouette or svg images.

    2. Special wood that has a coating that accepts heat activated ink. Allows full color graphics. Print graphic with a sublimation printer and then heat press into the coating. Use registration marks to laser cut the wood.

    • The coating is water resistant but the wood itself is not designed to be wet. Except for the acrylic pins which are waterproof.

  • What kind of earring backs do you use?

    The posts are stainless steel and butterfly clasps. Glued with Starbond Thick.

  • Your stickers are really thick, what do you do?

    I use koala printable vinyl and then majority of the time I laminate them. Some applications don't require lamination and the sticker will be more flexible without lamination.

    • The lamination makes the sticker water resistant, but I still recommend hand washing.
    • Tip: The ink can fade in direct sun over time, they are not meant for outdoor application in full sun.
